ARLINGTON, TEXAS – Young leaders of tomorrow and the educators who inspire them daily in underserved neighborhoods across North Texas received a lift with $250,000 grants awarded by the Cotton Bowl Foundation, the official foundation of the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic.

The six organizations extended 2019-20 grants were Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep ($50,000), Momentous Institute ($50,000), UNT Dallas Principal Impact Collaborative ($50,000), Young Women's Preparatory Network ($50,000), Afterschool All-Stars North Texas ($25,000) and Trinity River Mission ($25,000).

The grants recipients were announced at the Goodyear Big Play Luncheon on December 27, the day before the 84th Classic between Memphis and Penn State.
