Cotton Bowl Foundation Raises $30,000 on 2021 North Texas Giving Day

Funds Generated Supports the Arlington Police Department K9 Unit

ARLINGTON, Texas – The Cotton Bowl Foundation put together a successful 2021 North Texas Giving Day, raising $30,000 for the Arlington Police Department K9 Unit.
 
The funds collected will go to secure a new service dog and provide the critical financial support needed to manage the health care needs of all dogs in the unit.
 
The Foundation's fundraising effort was a part of another record day as the 2021 North Texas Giving Day generated more than $66 million from 103,275 unique donors benefiting 3,366 local nonprofits.

North Texas Giving Day is the largest community-wide giving event in the nation. The 18-hour online giving event managed by the Communities Foundation of Texas is designed to empower every person to give back to the community by supporting local nonprofits and causes they care about in one easy-to-use platform.
