ARLINGTON, Texas – The Cotton Bowl Foundation stepped up once again to help a deserving organization in the North Texas community, extending a $30,000 grant to Café Momentum. Café Momentum is a Dallas-based restaurant and culinary training facility that transforms young lives by equipping most at-risk youth with life skills, education and employment opportunities to help them achieve their full potential.

"For Café Momentum, a young, upstart Dallas-based organization with national aspirations, this is a huge point of validation and motivation for us. We're extremely honored," said Chad Houser, Café Momentum Executive Director.
