CFP FOUNDATION EXTRA YARD FOR TEACHERS

The partnership between the Cotton Bowl Foundation and College Football Playoff Foundation goes back to the official foundation of the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic's launch in 2016.

The two foundations have joined forces to provide support to numerous organizations, especially those centered on supporting educators and teachers in North Texas. The CFP Foundation, the largest sports entity in America supporting educators, has helped provide millions of dollars of support for educators and teachers through its nationwide Extra Yard for Teachers (EYFT) platform.

Since 2020, the Cotton Bowl Foundation and CFP Foundation have teamed up to provide memorable moments in North Texas on the Big Day for Teachers, a part of EYFT Week and the largest single-day effort of community impact in college football.
