ARLINGTON, Texas – The Cotton Bowl Foundation and Cotton Bowl Athletic Association recognized its 2025-26 grants recipients with presentations of the Community Champion Award to
Uplift Education,
For Oak Cliff,
Academy 4,
After-School All-Stars,
HOPE Farm,
West Dallas Community School,
Puede Network and
Youth Revive.
The Cotton Bowl Foundation Community Champion Award was created in a similar style as the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic's J. Curtis Sanford (Offensive Most Valuable Player) and Felix R. McKnight (Defensive Most Valuable Player) trophies. This was the third year recipients of the Foundation's signature giving program received this award.
CBAA staff, Board of Directors, Council and Cotton Bowl Foundation Board of Directors members traveled around the Dallas-Fort Worth area throughout April to make the presentations for the second straight year and learn more about the great work that these nonprofits are doing to positively impact children and families in communities across North Texas and beyond.
